"Harry's Ribs"
A superior narrow-cut pork belly rib with the unappetising soft bones removed.
A spare rib for the connoisseur, combining premium flavour with both
convenience and profitability.
Measuring approx. 38 cms long and being approx 15 cms wide
at the widest point and approx. 7cms wide at the narrow end.
Cut with 10 or 11 ribs and with each rack weighing between 700 and 900 g they are almost a third lighter
than a conventional belly rib with the soft bones attached.
They are packed approx 12-15 racks divided by layers in a 10 kg standard weight carton.
